Shipments and returns

Your package & shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within the same day after receipt of payment and are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), however on larger orders, and order requiring tracking via UPS.

 International Orders

We are currently working out logistic on international orders.  If you are interested, please purchase and item, and one of our sales agents will be in contact with you shorlty.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

Returns

Returns must be authorized. A (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA number will be issued, and must be written on the outside of the box. We will not accept returns unless we have issued an RMA.
